How do you prepare for the work week? By relaxing and recharging or obsessively preparing? My kitchen is smelling mighty nice as I meal prep- grilled chicken, quinoa, and vegetables to get us through the week. I am also planning out social media posts with photos and captions ahead of time. And in addition to that- I am jotting down some personal goals.
Giant, crazy, busy week ahead but preparation helps me feel less stressed and saves lots of time too! How do you prepare for the week? Do you just wing it or do you have a few key things that help?
